★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de acesso, quase impossível principalmente nas ditas horas de ponta. Nesta rotunda vão desaguar muitas estradas e a rotunda, bastante pequena, não consegue dar vazão a tanto tráfego. O pior é que das entradas/saídas é para o Hospital Santos Silva e por vezes é muito complicado chegar lá com todos as consequências que podem daí advir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinco entradas para a mesma, rotunda muito pequena. Grande acumulação de trânsito, com paragens de autocarro. Em horas de ponta é muito complicado. Acresce que no final da Av. Da República existe semáforos apenas com luzes vermelha e amarelo criando confusão aos automobilistas, pois além de paragens de autocarro, também tem uma estação de metro, com os peões a atravessarem sem respeitar as sinalizações.
