M	Martim Santos (Lágrima) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O quarto entregue não corresponde ao publicitado. O 'host' desde a chegada que se enrola em desculpas, inclusive que o chuveiro não funcionava. Cama não tinha lençois, colchão sujo e manchado e higiene geral muito a desejar. Ficámos com alergias e coçeira e a cama estava partida, o que aparentemente já vem de comentários antigos e não foi resolvido. Tudo muito remediado e sem o mínimo de cuidado, nenhuma sinalização no prédio nem no andar e uma sensação de clandestinidade e precariedade compensada por 4 biblías espalhadas pelo corredor. Paredes com fitacola, quarto sem janelas, paredes amareladas, ah... e cama partida sem lençois, já tinha mencionado?? P.S - Ambas as pessoas apanharam alergia e ficaram com coçeira da dormida. !!! Inesqueçivel, pelo motivos errados. The room delivered does not match the one advertised. The 'host' since the arrival that rolls in excuses, including that the shower didn't work. Bed had no sheets, dirty and stained mattress and general hygiene much to be desired. We had allergies and itchiness and the bed was broken, which apparently comes from old reviews and has not been resolved. All very remedied and without the minimum of care, no signs in the building or on the floor and a feeling of clandestinity and precariousness compensated by 4 bibles scattered along the corridor. Tape walls, windowless room, yellowish walls, oh... and broken bed with no sheets, did you mention it?? P.S - Both people caught allergies and were itchy from sleeping. !!! Unforgettable, for the wrong reasons.

M	Mindless on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken bed, broken doors and a dirty floor. I'm just surprised the place didn't have cockroaches. It's what you'd expect from a cheap hostel.

b	bruce fang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I already live this hostel for almost 1 week, the owner always quarrel with someone just outside my door, oh my god. This guy(the owner) always not so polite to the clientes, even when I leave the hostel, I already arranged my things, just went outside to have a lunch, and then leave, and then he request to give more money for I am not leaving at 11 o’clock exactly. I think all the hostel can give a favor to leave the things for some short time. And I have been there 1 week , there is nobody there for cleaning things. Not even 1 time. The rating is for the owner before, she was kindly person. I have been this hostel many times , I know the lady. But right now this new owner is terrible, terrible, trust me, my friends.
J	Jasper ter Haar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait 40 Minutes for someone to show up to give a key even tough i told them what time i was gonna arrive. Only communication over Google translate app possible. Room is small and dirty, loud and doesnt lock properly. Sheets worn and dirty. Towels damp. Very thin wall to a communal area where someone is blasting the Tv or Videocall in the Day and just outside our door a guy on a airmatress was snoring all night. Had to step over him to get to the toilet. Obviously a place where people stay that dont have another place to go, noone actualy there for Holiday. All in all unsafe and uncomfortable. Owner doesnt care about complaints. Left after one night. No refund. Dont waste your money. You will not want to stay here.
