★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ruins are small, what survived the earthquake and tsunami of November 1st, 1755.
There's only Portuguese information, which is scarce.
Importance in terms of tourism is practically null.
More a curiosity than actual attraction, like for example Conimbriga.
There are evidences of a bigger settlement further up hill closer to Malveira but the settlement was destroyed by urban expansion.
