s	susanna krupp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the camp is stunning, it is in the middle of nowhere, only hills and the ocean at the end of the horizon. Loved the vibe there, you got a lot of different and cosy possibilities to hang out. Even when my stay was during the corona pandemic I never felt unsafe. Everything was really clean, Russo and Tonya and the rest of the staff were warm and welcoming. So our group of people was smaller than usual and the mood at the camp couldn't be better. For sure you will never starve there, the food was delicious and rich, what's great after the surf workout all day. I had a lot of different surf coaches but Luis was by far the best one. The surf conditions weren't the best during this week and our intermediate group "sucked" (:D), but I still learnt a lot. Our workout was always hard but fun, he taught us a lot of theory before we went into the water and he's such a funny guy, I had a blast. I still do my pop-ups to nail them when I come back! And that's sure, I will definitive come back as soon it's possible :)

Tonia thanks for being Wonder Woman here and always available for everyone of us, thank you to all the teachers and especially to mine , Hannah who is the most unique human being I have met, Rafe, Luis(thanks for saving my foot!)Egor´s moral support and inspiration from Russia when not physically present but still the lady helping at the kitchen came to look for me while I was sick one night. That’s how attentive they are. From transportation, breakfast to lunch boxes to go to the beach and ending up always with tasty dinner, bbq, etc all these above mare the whole stay incredible and everything was so well organised, hands up! Thanks Russo !

I went there for three consecutive times(1 weeks each time), at the camp you find really great and lovely People, not only host and instructors but also the kind of guests it attract. Highly advisable for solo-travelers and beginners. The best thing for me was that it's all included, so you do not need to worry about planning you are there with full focus on surfing... PS. The host and owners Tonya and Russo are the kindest most lovely people you could ever find.

The instructors are top notch and really take time to help you improve and laugh a little too. This is a great place to learn or improve your surf skills, but it’s also a great place to meet some great new people. I will definitely be back!!!!

People are nice, have a good heart, and make you feel welcomed. You instantly feel at home, the place is quiet and beautiful, isolated from the town, with a view of the hills and the ocean afar. I’ve experienced many surf camps and Russo’s people are BY FAR the most competent teachers you could dream of, whether you want to improve your surf as it was the case for me or just give it a try. (Props to Egor best teacher!!!) The camp is 5min away from an amazing surf spot, rarely crowded even when conditions are great. I sincerely recommend the experience. -because it’s way more than a mere surf camp- to anyone who wants to be surrounded by great people, nature, surf. A perfect place to take a break from the marathon that can be life sometimes! And thank you again Tonya for the last-minute drive to the station, I owe you !!
