Sei que no dia a dia, as coisas podem complicar-se, mas é importante que aprendam com os erros. A cozinha agora parece bastante desorganizada e não há comunicação efetiva entre os demais. Pedidos chegam errados ou com algo a faltar. Não sendo a primeira vez. Espero que consigam reestabelecer o serviço que antes era bom, mas por ora, não volto a pedir mais. Unfortunately, the once good experience with this restaurant has only gone downhill. I know that in everyday life, things can get complicated, but it's important that they learn from their mistakes. The kitchen now looks quite disorganized and there is no effective communication between the others. Orders arrive wrong or with something missing. Not being the first time. I hope they manage to restore the service that was good before, but for now, I won't ask for more.

Asked the woman (in portuguese) who was serving the food what was in the patanisca, she replied she didn't know AND that she was not supposed to know. I should ask the cook. Authorities should SHUT DOWN this place.

French fries are hard dry like rubber, the picanha is cold, dry, burnt and scarce. This was the second time ordering home, and the experience was extremely negative. Never again.
