Fui muito mal atendido, fui mal recebido. Não tem respeito pelos clientes, fui primeira vez e outra vez que vou lá. Não recomendo.

Por el precio de la pizza es algo genial. Por tan solo 1,5€ te puedes llevar una pizza completa y con los ingredientes adecuados. El horario de atención al cliente es bastante amplio, puesto que abren desde temprano por la mañana.
For the price of pizza it is something great. For just €1.5 you can get a complete pizza with the right ingredients. Customer service hours are quite extensive, since they open early in the morning.

Esta crítica tem a ver unicamente com a loja do metro da Alameda que é a única que conheço e onde sou cliente de manhã por volta das 8h . Porque mexem nos empregados? Tinham uma equipa simpática e rápida no atendimento. Em especial um senhor brasileiro que tratava os clientes de forma personalizada, educada e como se os conhecesse há séculos. Há cerca de um mês deixei de ver os empregados que estavam habitualmente e os que colocaram a substituir não chegam aos calcanhares de um só dos outros. Além de falta de simpatia a rapidez não é grande coisa e ainda hoje cheguei, esperei e fui embora porque não apareceu ninguém do lado do atendimento e eu como cliente não tenho de me por a chamar e a gritar nem bater palmas para ser atendida. Isto é um mal geral das empresas hoje em dia. Quando as coisas estão a funcionar, muda-se porque é preciso mudar porque sim.
This review has only to do with the Alameda metro store, which is the only one I know of and where I am a customer in the morning around 8 am. Why do they mess with employees? They had a friendly and quick service team. Especially a Brazilian gentleman who treated customers in a personalized, polite way and as if he had known them for centuries. About a month ago I stopped seeing the employees who were usually there and the ones they replaced don't come close to the heels of one of the others. In addition to the lack of friendliness, speed is not a big deal and even today I arrived, waited and left because no one showed up on the service side and as a customer I don't have to call and shout or clap my hands to be answered. This is a general malady of companies these days. When things are working, you change because you have to change just because.

So the olive and mushroom pizza has ham. When I asked if it had meat, the guy just rudely said no. He tossed the pizza in a bag and then on the counter. Then he just held out his hand for the money. I'm a vegetarian, and so it wasn't when until I got home that I saw the finely chopped, very hard to see ham. Id even have picked it off if I could, but it was too small. So if you like bad, rude, service, with mediocre pizza, this is the place you want! I rarely leave bad reviews (seriously, I'm normally a 4-5 star guy and don’t put anything if it's just okay) but this was bad *all* the way around.
