Hoje, na loja do piso de check in, quando pedi por favor para usar o marcador para identificar as minhas malas no exterior do plástico, foi-me negado porque eu escolhi serviço básico sem tracking.
Para o meu destino o tracking não funciona!!!
Lamentável atitude e completa falta de respeito pelo cliente.
Enfim...
Terrible service and very bad attitude from the employee.
Today, at the check-in floor store, when I asked to please use the marker to identify my bags on the outside of the plastic, I was denied because I chose basic service without tracking.
For my destination tracking does not work !!!
Unfortunate attitude and complete lack of respect for the customer.
Anyway ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não existe seguro nenhum! Tive problema com minha bagagem e na hora de acionar o seguro me mandaram enviar uma correspondência para um endereço na Suíça que não existe! Ou seja, os documento NUNCA serão entregues e o passageiro NUNCA vai receber! Se existisse endereço no Brasil já teria entrado com uma ação na justiça!
There is no insurance! I had a problem with my luggage and when I called up the insurance, they sent me a letter to an address in Switzerland that doesn't exist! In other words, the documents will NEVER be delivered and the passenger will NEVER receive! If there was an address in Brazil, I would have already filed a lawsuit!

d to opt for the 14 euro one. I suggest to add the policies clearly since I was told by word of mouth that I had to opt for the 14 euro bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience here at Lisbon airport... wrapped my bag which was damaged at 6am. The gentlemen weighed the bags, allowed us time to move things between our luggage and was friendly and professional. My bag arrived safely and in one piece after traveling for 47 hours!
