★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is the BEST. Rooms were small but clean. The service was Great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Susana and Mary, they are amazing , always there to lend a hand. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Noemi of Virginia, USA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We trusted feedback. We showed up at the hotel around 19:00. With difficulty we parked the car in the crowded parking for only few cars. The first room was not cleaned after the previous guests. Another was very cold - we were in January. We waited 1,5 hours to warm up the room - not succeed. In the meantime, we wanted to take a bath - hot water stopped running after 5 minutes. At that time there were not many guests at the hotel. We were tired and cold. We went to the reception where they offered us waiting until the room warmed up. We left this hotel and went to another where the heating worked according to the information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was not bad, but the service was horrible. They said that drinks were included but they charged us an extra. The air conditioner was off, they turned it on for a couple of minutes and that was all. The tourist menu was a bit thrifty and there were no options, just one first course and a second one. Just one waiter spoke English, but there were no Spanish speaking waiters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are all great and very respectful. Staff are aware of the resources available to meet the needs of the guests. Room was clean and room services was quick. Breakfast was also great and cosy. Mary was sweet, kind hearted lady and excellent to meet the guest needs in the restaurant. All staff are very professional. A special thanks to Susana at the welcome desk. Susana is able to anticipate, very helpful, friendly who always wear smiles on her face and respond to the needs of the guest. Location is a few minutes walk to Sanctuary of Fatima. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good room (for the value), clean and practically new. Nice individual balcony with a table and chairs where you can see sun rise or sunset over the fatima church. Nice staff.
