★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma eternidade para sermos atendidos, enquanto podíamos ver duas ou três funcionárias lá dentro na brincadeira e risota umas com as outras.
Mau atendimento de esplanada (quase tropeça em cima de mim com as latas), pousa as latas na mesa e vai embora. Chamei de volta para me trazer copos.
A infraestrutura é boa e agradável, o atendimento é digno de fechar portas (por isso é que vai lá pouca gente!)
An eternity to be attended to while we could see two or three female employees inside in jest and giggling with each other.
Poor esplanade service (almost tripping over me with the cans), puts the cans on the table and leaves. I called back to bring me glasses.
The infrastructure is good and pleasant, the service is worthy to close doors (that's why a lot of people go there!)

Food is nothing special. Very poor and rude service to the customer. Going to the point of refusing a customer to use the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem clientes, já fui várias vezes e nunca encontrei mais que 1cliente. Pouca variedade e com pouca dinâmica. Os donos estavam sentados a ver televisão e a sala completamente vazia.
Without clients, I went several times and never found more than 1 client. Little variety and little dynamics. The owners were sitting watching television and the room was completely empty.
