H	Hassan Foroughi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I forgot to mention the hotel itself is pretty good. Food, location, and interior is quite nice. Other issues: they overcharged us and couldn't fix it, so I have to contact my bank to fix the issue and see how it works out. They also locked us out of our room and it took them at least half an hour to fix it. Laundry service never picked our laundry (although we called reception couple of times). The staff at reception only knew Portuguese and little bit of English!!!
M	Manuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch hotel, We spent 5 days at Easter in Salgados Palace hotel, we really enjoy those days at this place, the suite had an exquisite deco, with a private balcony with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean,furthermore, the swimming pools, the gardens and spa made us enjoy a lot of our time there, I can't finish this review without highlighting the buffet breakfast which had a wide variety of sweats, salty dishes etc, it was one of the best buffets that I had the pleasure of enjoying . I totally recommend this excellent hotel to everybody

The staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. The only issue I found was that the swimming pools were not cleaned as often as they should, and with an almost booked hotel that is a problem, also the sun beds near the swimming pools were not enough for the number of guests staying.

A	Arafat Farooqui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel with great facilities - Kids Club had various activities to keep the children engaged. Multiple swimming pools to suit everyone's needs. Vast variety of food and the possibility to order specific food based on dietarty requirements was icing on the top. All in one buffet serves huge variety of food and the staff there stands out - Mauro Reyes, Ousmanne, Julio, Solayman, Vanessa and all other staff in the 'All in one restaurant' were very friendly (with children too), extremely helpful, organised and kind. Buffet team is an asset to the hotel. We prefererred All in one buffet restaurant over the 19th Hole or the rooftop restaurant due to amazing food variety and level of service. Considering that the Rooftop restaurant was the finest of all, the customer service there did not meet the expected standards and should be looked into for improvements. Overall a great relaxing holiday for the whole family - would surely return again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.
M	Marco Lopes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from a little misunderstanding at check in, our stay was amazing, a fantastic space for children to play, the cleanling is topnotch all public and private spaces at the hotel are very clean. The 3 restaurants are phenomenal the food and the desserts are to die for and a lot of variety to choose. The Staff from the Kids Club is very funny and most important they are very thoughtful with all the kids. Truly a 5 Star Hotel, the Staff is very helpful and always with a smile.
A	A G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand the great reviews and I never experienced a behavior like that in a „5“ star hotel. Checking into the hotel we had to carry our luggage on our own - well fine whatever - but having two baby’s and receiving a room on the 1. floor where you have to take the stairs which is inconvenient if you have two buggys needs to be changed. Therefore we needed to change the rooms which took 2 hours waiting time until 4 p.m. at checkin. Well you might think that can happen, but the food in this hotel is really low quality something you might expect at a 3 star hotel. The staff is not very friendly and you need to pay even with „all-in“ for coffee and wellness extra. Fortunately we only stay 4 nights, so it will be over soon.

You need to understand how to deliver service and an experience if they want to be a true 5* this only exists on the top floor restaurant, they need to invest in pool service ASAP and improve food quality. Dubai knows how to do it
