★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo com "Carlos Marques". O atendimento na receção é péssimo! Extamente isso. Imcopetência, má vontade de responder as questões, parecem mesmo que querem mostrar poder. Nunca tem respostas para nada que perguntamos. A única coisa que sabem e adoram fazer é de cobrar a fatura. Mediante isto, eu nem quis continuar meu atendimento lá. Resolvi o que faltava em outro hostpital. Não recomendo o SAMS dos Olivais.
 I agree with "Carlos Marques". Reception service is terrible! Exactly that. Incompetence, unwillingness to answer questions, they really seem to want to show power. Never has answers to anything we ask. The only thing they know and love to do is collect the bill. Upon this, I did not even want to continue my attendance there. I solved what was missing in another hostpital. I do not recommend SAMS dos Olivais.

Sendo um hospital privado, pagando-se mais que um publico, pede-se outra qualidade.
Queixe-me de borbulhas/queimaduras no corpo e maos inchadas e obrigaram-me a fazer um teste covid19. Incrivel, 25 euros de borla dados ao hospital.
So cai 2 vezes quem é parvo. Nao volto à 2a.

Terrible. Attending at the reception leaves much, much to be desired.
Being a private hospital, paying more than a public one, another quality is required.
Complain about pimples/burns on the body and swollen hands and they forced me to take a covid19 test. Amazing, 25 euros for free given to the hospital.
Only falls 2 times who is silly. I won't go back to 2a.
