★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building, very straight forward to catch a train from here and is close to the alfama district. There are washrooms(paid, 0,50€), luggage lockers and a mini market which is actually bigger than I thought it would be. I preferred catching a train here than at Oriente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might want to book 24h in advance to be sure to get your 2nd class ticket, even for alfa pendular. Free Wi-Fi in 1st and 2nd class but it wouldn't work properly for us... :/ meh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the train station closes to the downtown and riverside. It has a small waiting area and a cafe. For restrooms you have to pay 50 cents and those are clean. There is also a supermarket, pingo doce, at the station. In addition, the staff speaks fluent English and will help you out with anything. There is also a local metro station with access inside the train station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice old station building. A lot of space for waiting to the train. Waiting room, free wi-fi, clean paid restrooms. Small cafeteria, vending machines with snacks and drinks. Information desk not so helpful mainly because the expectations are higher than what we get. Good access by subway or buses. Taxi can drop you at the door, don’t need to struggle with your luggage.
