G	Georgia Hornberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with excellent service! We spend 4 nights here and really enjoyed our room with sea view! The garden is beautiful and the staff both at breakfast and dinner were amazing! We also booked a massage in the Spa which was great! We will be back!

Refused to accept our Covid vaccine docs because they were not from Europe (while other hotels in Portugal accepted it...). Forced us to take a test right there and proceeded to charge us for it (lol). Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing too impressive. This place was overpriced for what it offers. This is at most a 4-star hotel, and even that is a bit of a stretch.

Rooms are big with moderate soundproofing and the hotel has a minimalistic approach on its decoration with big hallways also putting the stairs forefront making them part of the decoration. Close to the beach which is the Atlantic and that means that poool is always better. Nice stay and close to old city Albufeira if you have a car

The rooms are big and modern but the lightening is too dark (for the ladies: putting on make-up in the bathroom is hard) The shower was not cleaned properly (dark mold spots between tiles, limescale on the showerhead) and overall the facilities seem cheaper. The room was also poorly soundproofed and you could hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway. The breakfast was good but also not reflecting the 5 stars in terms of variaty. But the staff was really friendly in every „department“ (reception, cleaning, service). We did not use the included spa because swimming caps were manditory but they cost 5€ each which is not okay in my eyes. You also had to pay 10€ a day for an extra spa area. The drinks on the rooftop bar were really good and at breakfast sitting outside was great. We did not use the outside pools because it was february.

Staff were friendly, beach is beautiful, room is pretty nice, bed is great. Breakfast was pretty good too, they had lots of choice available. Dinner in the rest was poor - I had read that on the reviews and I agree it’s not particularly nice. A hire car would be handy too as the hotel is a little bit out of the way. Overall, a pleasant stay. I would not hesitate to return. Stayed Oct 2021.
D	David Bojan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there twice out of season, so relatively quiet. Mostly very friendly staff. Comfortable room, a good size with generous amenities and good wifi. The food menu was quite basic but large portions. Drinks expensive. Gym ~ three treadmills all out of action with no apparent attempt to repair/replace. Large enough Gym but not enough equipment ~ only one bench! Nice, warm indoor pool but relatively small. Amazing beach. Hotel around 10 minutes drive from Albufeira, surrounding area fairly quiet. P.S. The Hotel is Brown. Pretty much all of it. ?
S	Savannah V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful rooms, it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Surrounding areas was kept so nice and lovely. Staff were so kind and helpful giving recommendations on car services and local amenities. Spa and pool services were lush, breakfast was lovely too. Would 100% recommend to others when visiting Portugal!
