They said it will be delivered in 20min and it took 1hour. Half of the amount of pieces were rolls with surimi only, rice was covered with breadcrumbs and soaked with oil. Rice was still hot and overcooked. Barely any fish there, no variety in pieces. Also there was an undefined pink thing that coloured the rice around. That definitely doesn' deserve to be called sushi at all.

I can't reply to your response. So I'm making this edit.
1º- I'm complaining about the DELIVERY TIME. I ordered at around 8pm and it was delivered around 10pm.
2º - Instead of apologizing and acknowledge the error u try to shift the blame. I've added the order receipt. I payed through mbway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst sushi in Lisbon area. They don’t answer the calls. After ordering they inform it will take 2h. There is no way to cancel the order. If you go the restaurant to pick up, they just ignore you.
Obviously, i don’t recommend at all.
