★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui buscar um documento que supostamente demorava alguns dias para me enviarem, certo e que quando lá cheguei foram todos tão simpáticos(desde o Sr polícia e o rapaz que estavam a entrada e a senhora que me atendeu)que passado 15 minutos vim com o documento e com um sorriso na cara a pensar... Nunca fui tão bem atendida numa repartição pública como hoje....
I went to get a document that supposedly took a few days to send to me, and when I got there they were all so friendly (from the policeman and the guy who were at the entrance and the lady who attended me) that after 15 minutes I came with the document and with a smile on her face thinking... I've never been so well cared for in a public office as today...
