Il palazzo ha una facciata in pietra granitica, con una galleria di dieci pilastri che sorreggono l'ingresso all'atrio e diversi altri pilastri a semicerchio. Su una facciata è situata una statua della Giustizia dello scultore Leopoldo de Almeida. Sullo sfondo, temi biblici e allegorici alle quattro virtù cardinali in un bassorilievo in granito dello scultore Euclides Vaz.

The palace has a granite stone facade, with a gallery of ten pillars supporting the entrance to the atrium and several other semicircular pillars. On one facade there is a statue of Justice by the sculptor Leopoldo de Almeida. In the background, biblical and allegorical themes to the four cardinal virtues in a granite bas-relief by the sculptor Euclides Vaz.
