★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get an appointment is impossible. Decided to just show up and ask for one and the staff by the door was giving me bad advice that would break the 90 day rule and would get me in trouble. Still trying to get ab appointment as he wouldn't help me get one in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady at the counter she juge me how poorly I speak Portuguese.I had all the necessary documents yet she didn't passed my application.she telling me ridiculous excuse which is not stand by Portuguese immigration policy, this people are disgrace to there nation.Dont deserve any rate?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite big but busy SEF. Not many people can set inside in the cold weather.
Average time to be attended is an hour and half. Few minutes walk there is a photocopy shop, 5 minutes away from Metro station.
Fee accepted by bank card. Card received 12th day by CTT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staffs have severe attitude problem towards immigrant and poor customer service. To be honest some of the staffs that I came across during appointment they don't have manners to talk with people and continuously argue with people as if they are legitimate to say anything towards immigrant and get away. I urge SEF to provide basic customer service to all of their staffs and hold responsible to their actions including the people working at the call center. They are not truly representing Portugal. I'm sure SEF can do much better!
