Por 15 minutos ja fecharam os balcões da segurança social , uma pessoa queria tirar uma pequena dúvida é respondem com arrogância "já estamos fechados.."
Competência ao mais alto nível , por tirar uma dúvida não quer dizer que não vá sair a horas do trabalho.
Tristeza , por não fazerem uma pequena boa acção perdem muito a nível de valores de qualidade de atendimento ao público .
Hoje fui eu a precisar amanhã seram vocês não se esqueçam .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raccrochez au nez sans donner aucune information à ma demande, mais si tu parles le portugais bien formulé et articulé tu es la bienvenue.
La dame m'a raccroché deux fois au nez, m'a parlé agressivement en criant c'est pas cela qui fera avancer le pays?
En plus de cela nous sommes en régle on cotise chaque mois, travaillez s'il vous plait et arretez de traiter mal les gens.

Staff is very friendly if you speak Portuguese only, They are aggressive if you can’t speak Portuguese which is really disappointing as they expect expats should know Portuguese even before they arrive Portugal. Staff will not entertain you if you talk with them in English no matter you waited there 3-4hrs in que.
