★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de atendimento deplorável, estive com o meu filho no dia 12 de novembro de 2018 pelas 10h e 37 minutos e tinha consulta marcada para as 10h30, realmente atrasamo-nos, mas depois ficar 96 minutos à espera, parece-me castigo.
Tive que perder uma manhã e todos os direitos associados, tive que desmarcar assuntos pessoais e ainda paguei 4€ de estacionamento, para uma consulta de 10 minutos, inqualificável e inaceitável! Uma estrela é demais, pois isto chama-se prepotência e arrogância.
 Deplorable customer service, I was with my son on November 12, 2018 at 10.37 minutes and had an appointment for 10.30, we were really late, but after waiting 96 minutes, it seems like punishment.
I had to lose a morning and all the associated rights, I had to deselect personal matters and I still paid 4 € for parking, for a 10 minute consultation, unqualified and unacceptable! A star is too much, as this is called arrogance and arrogance.
