Nunca há mais de 20mn de espera, e o atendimento é muito simpático. I am a foreigner, and the Finance agents of Évora were very patient and available to answer my questions. Enviei email's e continuo a ser ignorada! É vergonhosa esta situação... os contribuintes agradecem mais consideração! It is a shame for a public service to be unaware of the existence of telephones ... I am from the North of the country and for a week now I have tried dozens of times to call the SF of Évora and nobody ever answers the phone! I sent emails and I'm still being ignored! This situation is shameful ... taxpayers would appreciate more consideration!

Se não são bons funcionários porque não querem deveriam ser substituidos, não estão ai a fazer nada, só estão a manchar a imagem da função pública e dos colegas que demonstram serviço. Esta gente não justifica o ordenado ao final do mês. Reforma no serviço de finanças em Évora faz falta. A low quality service, with employees who are either extremely carefree or extremely incompetent, do not provide the service as they should. If they are not good employees because they do not want to be replaced, they are not doing anything there, they are only tarnishing the image of the civil service and colleagues who demonstrate service. These people do not justify the salary at the end of the month. Reform of the finance service in Évora is needed.
