Provavelmente fazem a mesma coisa há décadas e ainda assim não seguem nenhum tipo de padrão, de modo que exigem procedimentos absurdos e diferentes para o mesmo serviço com a diferença de semanas e criam dificuldades para trabalhos que deveriam ser super simples. O humor e a boa vontade vão depender inclusive do país em que você nasceu e se você der azar de ser atendido pelas mulheres de lá, será tratado feito cão com doença contagiosa, especialmente se não for europeu. É lamentável inclusive, que só tenha um posto de atendimento desses na cidade, então não temos escolha que não seja aguentar a humilhação e ir lá com o rabo entre as pernas implorando que sejam um pouco profissionais e resolvam seu problema mesmo deixando claro que são completamente antipáticos a você sem que você sequer os conheça previamente. They hate what they do and let you know it all the time. Probably they've been doing the same thing for decades and yet they don't follow any kind of pattern, so they require absurd and different procedures for the same job with the difference of weeks and create difficulties for jobs that should be super simple. Humor and goodwill will even depend on the country where you were born and if you are unlucky to be attended by the women there, you will be treated like a dog with a contagious disease, especially if you are not European. It is even regrettable that there is only one such service station in the city, so we have no choice but to put up with the humiliation and go there with your tail between your legs begging you to be a little professional and solve your problem even though it is clear that they are completely obnoxious to you without you even knowing them in advance.

Hoje fui atendida pela Sr.ª Alice Ramos, que rapidamente chegou á porta e soltou um "não sei o que aqui faz tanta gente, vem acampar para a porta? Não vêm as noticias, só atendemos por marcação." Uma vergonha estes nossos serviços públicos. Hoje dia 26/10 só conseguiam marcação para dia 3/11 ... Uma coisa urgente, que ninguém se digna a resolver. Dos piores serviços de finanças do algarve, sem dúvida. Aconselho seriamente a que dêm uma formação de boa maneiras a essa Sr.ª que enquanto lá estive não fez outra coisa se não reclamar e estar sentadinha na sua cadeira, sem atender uma única pessoa. E pronto, andamos a descontar para isto, Portugal no seu melhor. Bad service, the less they do, the less they want to do. Today I was attended by Mrs. Alice Ramos, who quickly arrived at the door and said "I don't know what so many people do here, come camping for the door? No news, we only answer by appointment." Shame on our public services. Today, 10/26, they could only book for 11/3... An urgent thing, that no one deigns to resolve. One of the worst finance services in the algarve, without a doubt. I seriously advise you to train this lady in good manners who, while I was there, did nothing but complain and sit in her chair, without attending to a single person. And that's it, we're cashing for this, Portugal at its best.

Quando for grande quero ser Chefe das Finanças... com ou sem trabalho, com ou sem pandemia no final do mês ele está na conta. Parabéns... vocês são a parte produtiva deste País. They don't even have the dignity of answering the phone. When I grow up I want to be Head of Finance... with or without a job, with or without a pandemic at the end of the month it's in the account. Congratulations... you are the productive part of this country.

T	Tim de Vries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don’t speak Portuguese, bring an interpreter with you because some people, especially at the door, will refuse to speak any English and just bark at you in Portuguese. Yes I do realise this is Portugal, but while I was there at least half the people coming in were foreigners. Seems to me like the Algarve needs foreigners to survive so there should be more effort put in to accommodate these people. They come to bring money, why not be a little more friendly and welcoming? I must add that some people were helpful, but the guy making appointments at the door should not be there. He’s very rude to everyone.
