★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desligaram o fax , e quando há atendimento ao público dão se ao luxo de sair para tomar o pequeno almoço 15 minutos e os contribuintes têm que esperar sem atendimento ;
Uma vergonha !
They turned off the fax, and when there is a public service, they have the luxury of going out for breakfast for 15 minutes and taxpayers have to wait without answering;
A shame !

Each table is different from the others!
I went to do some paperwork, the man was helpful and told me that he was trying to do so, but the system doesn't allow it without a Portuguese grantor!
The next day, I went with my Portuguese friend, and another lady did my work without asking for a grantor, and my Portuguese friend was laughing at me!
After that, I realised that the rules in Portuguese vary from table to table!
