Location is great, grounds are well kept and suite rooms are great size. Would have been nice to have the bar open that used to be there but that’s not a major issue. Overall a great stay

The breakfast was delicious and the loacation to explore the area. Make sure to visit one of the great restaurants at the coast (it’s only a 2 minutes drive from there)
S	Sheliza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT stay here unless you want to pay 5 star pricing for a 3 star hotel. We experienced many issues during our stay at Sheraton Cascais, starting with our suite. At first they put us in the unrenovated area, and the room was old, worn out, and dirty, with old carpeting and old furniture. The room was not cleaned properly; for example, there was a dead moth on the floor which thankfully we got to before my 9 month old did as it would've ended up in her mouth. We were moved into another room, a little cleaner but in the same condition, unrenovated, old and worn out. The manager seemed to agree that the standard of the room was not up to par and the next day upgraded us into a larger suite in the renovated area, which was like moving into a totally different property. The audacity of the Sheraton to use those old dirty rooms and charge their expensive 5 star pricing! Next, our kitchen was severely lacking in basic equipment, such as a toaster, kitchen towels, cutting board, and oven tray; even after I had confirmed that it was fully equipped before arriving. There were many other issues including extremely slow room service (that they charge for), and being over charged on our bill in several respects (including airport transportation twice although we only went one way). Overall, if this was 3 star hotel I'd say you get what you pay for, but the Sheraton Cascais purports itself to be a 5 star hotel, and believe me when I say you do NOT get what you pay for. Don't waste your money here.
M	M Pirro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only a one night stay but everything was first rate. We arrived tired and hungry at 10:30 am, just as the restaurant closed. When we inquired about coffee, we were seated immediately and provided complimentary pastries. Our room was ready by 11 am and we were upgraded to a renovated one bedroom suite with a kitchen. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The grounds and the pool area are well kept. Dinner at the Glass House was very good and reasonably priced. The complimentary Elite breakfast was a plentiful buffet.
J	J P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely clean hotel, I struggle to fault it. My only issue is the outdoor pool is not heated which is disappointing since the outside temperature is great for sunbathing but a dip will give you hypothermia!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed in a newly renovated 1 bedroom queen suite and it was amazing!! It does appear that they are continuing to renovate more rooms, but it is being done very quietly and does not take away from the experience. This is a wonderful resort experience

Pool complex nice color with plenty of loungers. This place is in a very nice area close to the sea front and beaches. Cascais Town is a 15 min bike ride along the front. On checking out we were given one final treat - a box of chocolates!
