★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao atendem telefones, nao respondem aos emails, problemas comunicados por app e dizem que estao a resolver... entretanto ja chove dentro de casa ha meses e nada resolvem. Pagamentos em dia, e falta do profissionalismo maximo! Péssimo serviço! Já equacionamos em trocar de serviço para outra empresa!
They do not answer phones, do not answer emails, problems reported by app and say that they are resolving ... meanwhile it has been raining indoors for months and nothing is resolved. Payments on time, and lack of maximum professionalism! Poor service! We have already thought about switching services to another company!

Uma empresa que tem todas as condições para serem os melhores na sua área, no entanto do que conheço estes são sem dúvida os piores.
Problemas por resolver com mais de ano e meio e a resposta que continuam a dar é de que está em cima da mesa para resolver.
Problemas comunicados na aplicação web aparecem como resolvidos sem serem tratados ou mesmo sem falarem com os condóminos.

A company that has all the conditions to be the best in its area, however from what I know these are undoubtedly the worst.
