The chap who came to help me endured my substandard Portuguese for a while before switching to his excellent English, and was able to cut the sheet of ply for me. He also helped carry the wood to the car. I will definitely go here again next time I need some wood!

No care about other people's time.
On top of that very rude customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude service the last 2 times I was there. First time I could not select the wood, however some of them were bowed and only suitable for building a boat. Second time I agreed on a discount, the woman on the phone behind the glass only made one bill without. I get upset about it as I mentioned it before to include the discount and since she was on the phone without giving eye contact for half an hour. I needed that wood, that's why I did not unload. I spend on previous occasions for thousand euros at silmadeiras but sincerely recommend Lehmann in Aljezur.

BUT they also have an excellent workshop and can make items to order. They made a great dining table for me - we discussed what I wanted and the result is perfect.
