★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários da silnido são muito mal educados pelo menos os que vão para faro eles atiram lixo para o pontão e não são nada simpáticos quando chegam reclamam com os miúdos que estam lá a saltar do pontão
 Silnido staff are very rude at least those who go to Faro they throw trash at the pontoon and are not friendly when they arrive complain to the kids who are jumping off the pontoon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy día 10/07/2018 en un viaje de vuelta de la isla de Tavira nos han tratado a mi mujer, hija (4 años) y a mi muy muy mal, lo primero nos han pegado voces para poner el cochecito y a mi hija durmiendo, en un sitio que ellos querían con muy mala educación. Luego dentro del barco, como había mucha gente nos han dicho a voces y con muy mala educación que pusiéramos cochecito de niño, sombrilla y demás en un sitio que no era posible... y mas y mas con muy mala educación y a voces encarándose encima... increíble, no me había pasado nunca.
Eran dos personas mayores, un con bigote que era el peor y otro que te tenía una nariz rara, cicatriz o algo parecido.
Muy mal trato... increíble y no lo recomiendo
Today 07/10/2018 on a return trip from the island of Tavira they have treated my wife, daughter (4 years old) and me very very badly, the first thing they have given us voices to put the stroller and my daughter sleeping, in a place that they wanted with very rudeness. Then inside the boat, as there were many people they have told us loudly and with very rudeness to put a pram, umbrella and others in a place that was not possible ... and more and more with very bad manners and voices facing us ... incredible, it had never happened to me.
They were two older people, one with a mustache that was the worst and the other who had a weird nose, scar or something similar.
Very bad treatment ... amazing and I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O traspotetr da ilha para Tavira, não reapeirr a ordem de chegada às pessoas passam a frente por outra fila ao lado da pessooa que estão á espera. Quando questionei um funcionário disse me que nao podia fazer nada e que a situação era normal! Má forma de educar pessoas quando agem incorrectamente! Falta de civismo de quem passa a frente e ainda pior de quem controla!
The traspotetr from the island to Tavira, does not reshuffle the order of arrival to the people, they pass ahead by another line next to the person they are waiting for. When I questioned an employee he told me that he couldn't do anything and that the situation was normal! Bad way of educating people when they act incorrectly! Lack of civility for those who pass the front and even worse for those who control!

Horrible service. The ship's employees treat you like sheep, yell at you and treat you with contempt. If you have the opportunity, look for another company to go to Tavira

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos realizado un viaje vergonzoso a bordo de un ferry atestado de personas sin respetar ninguna condición Covid. El trato del personal es lamentable hacia los viajeros , te hacen sentir un paquete amontonado. No comprendo como las autoridades encargadas de revisar las condiciones de esta compañía hacen dejación de su responsabilidad. Dan una imagen vergonzosa de un país maravilloso. No volveré a viajar en estas condiciones tercermundistas
We have made a disgraceful journey aboard a crowded ferry without respecting any Covid conditions. The treatment of the staff is lamentable towards travelers, they make you feel like a piled-up package. I do not understand how the authorities in charge of reviewing the conditions of this company are waiving their responsibility. They give a shameful picture of a wonderful country. I will not travel again in these third world conditions
