Fui recebido com simpatia e informado pelo mecânico que executou o trabalho que o custo do cabo seria 35 euros e 2h de mão de obra, a 30 euros por hora, o que ficaria em 95 euros. Questionei sobre as 2h por me parecer ser demasiado tempo e o mecânico explicou-me que se tratava de um trabalho complexo sendo necessário desmontar o painel exterior e interior da porta e que não demorava menos de 2h. Consubstanciado na minha ignorância e acreditando que não me estariam a enganar aceitei as condições. Conclusão: O serviço foi executado em 15 minutos (tempo real, não é força de expressão). Explicação para a cobrança das 2h: o mecânico é top, muito bom, consegue em 15 minutos o que os outros só conseguem em duas horas (daí terem que cobrar 2 horas), explicado pelo colega que me pediu e recebeu o dinheiro e que me pareceu constrangido com a situação ( Bruno ? não tenho a certeza), ofereceu-me uns tapetes e colou uma fita na matrícula com publicidade à smartboxx , que entretanto já arranquei. Deixei claro que tinha sido burlado e que não voltaria. Não consigo qualificar esta mentalidade, esta cultura reprovável e que só pode ser condenada. Atenção aos futuros clientes: não há multibanco. Conclusion: The service was executed in 15 minutes (real time, it is not a force of expression). Explanation for the charge of 2 am: the mechanic is top, very good, he gets in 15 minutes what others can only get in 2 hours (hence they have to charge 2 hours), explained by the colleague who asked me and received the money and who he seemed embarrassed by the situation (Bruno? I'm not sure), he offered me some carpets and pasted a tape on the license plate with advertising to the smartboxx, which in the meantime I already started. I made it clear that I had been scammed and that I would not return. I cannot qualify this mentality, this objectionable culture that can only be condemned. Attention to future customers: there is no ATM.

Simpáticos, interessados, a fazerem logo um primeiro despiste. A oficina está limpa, arrumada e organizada, o que diz bastante sobre quem está a trabalhar lá. O mais importante... Resolveram o problema que me tinha levado lá de forma rápida e eficiente. E ainda demonstraram interesse pelo carro, resolvendo um outro problema que tinha, e avaliando outros problemas habituais. Fiquei super contente com o serviço. E relevante em tempos de covid, havia a preocupação de usar máscaras por parte das várias pessoas que frequentavam a oficina. The workshop is clean, tidy and organized, which says a lot about who is working there. Most importantly ... They solved the problem that had brought me there quickly and efficiently. They also showed interest in the car, solving another problem they had, and evaluating other usual problems. I was super happy with the service. And relevant in times of covid, there was a concern to wear masks by the various people who attended the workshop.

I'am DIY mechanic, and I couldn't figure it out why smart 450 cdi was in LIMP mode, they found out was from egr, fix it, in 2 days! and didn't charge nothing! In Portugal I found that is very difficult to find proper workshop for SMART cars, not anymore! Thank you for premium fast professional service! Keep it, is gold!
