Os produtos são dos melhores a nível de mercado, mas sempre somos aconselhados ao nosso tipo de cabelo. Foram sempre muito prestativos na forma como cuidar do cabelo e nos cuidados a ter em casa, informação muito importante.
Senti que estava com profissionais, super bem formados e o meu cabelo nunca esteve tão bem cuidado.

Cheguei à hora certa, com marcação efetuada com bastante tempo de antecedência, assim que cheguei ninguém me recebeu na entrada, a rapariga que estava na manicure, que era bastante simpática disse para me sentar e aguardar. Assim o fiz. Esperei 15 minutos e nada, sendo que nunca fui abordada por ninguém. Entretanto levantei-me e dirigi-me à única cabeleireira a atender no espaço e perguntei-lhe se ainda iria demorar muito tempo, ao qual me foi dito que ainda estava com uma cliente e que iria demorar mais uns 50 minutos. Acho lamentável receber e tratar assim um cliente, ainda por cima sem qualquer pedido de desculpa ou forma de me compensar pelo "não atendimento" e pelo transtorno que me causaram. Só ficam a perder.
My experience at this hairdresser left a lot to be desired. I arrived at the right time, with an appointment made well in advance, as soon as I arrived no one greeted me at the entrance, the girl who was at the manicure, who was very nice, told me to sit down and wait. So I did. I waited 15 minutes and nothing, and I was never approached by anyone. In the meantime, I got up and went to the only hairdresser working in the space and asked her if it would take a long time, to which I was told that he was still with a client and that it would take another 50 minutes. I find it regrettable to receive and treat a customer like this, without any apology or way of compensating me for the "non-service" and the inconvenience they caused me. They just lose.

Decidi voltar e foi a pior experiencia por qual eu tive que passar. Primeiro a minha marcacão foi esquecida e acabei por ser atendida por um "profisional" que estava mais interessado em vender os produtos e servicos, do que concentrado no seu trabalho. Em vez de fazer um simples "gloss" acabou por fazer uma coloração.
Meu por cabelo castanho escuro, acabou por ficar em cor de cobre e com manchas.
Gastei 135 Eur e tive que voltar a investir 260 Eur para reparar os estragos noutro salão.
O salão ofereceu uma nova marcacão, mas eu decidi por não aceitar, já que tinha perdido a minha confianca total.
My first appointment was 5 stars - cut and gloss were excellent, as was the beautician service.
I decided to go back and it was the worst experience I had to go through. First, my appointment was forgotten and I ended up being attended by a "professional" who was more interested in selling the products and services than focused on his work. Instead of making a simple "gloss", he ended up making a coloration.
Mine by dark brown hair, turned out to be copper colored and with spots.
I spent 135 Eur and had to invest 260 Eur again to repair the damage in another salon.
The salon offered a new appointment, but I decided not to accept as I had lost my complete confidence.
