About Souldough Pizza Colares
Dough as a living being: beyond a mathematical formula.
It all begins early in the morning with the sound of a mantra in the background and few simple ingredients following a tradition passed down from master to disciple. At this stage is the time which plays a crucial role. It’s only after 36 hours of fermentation that our souldough is ready to be baked in a handmade golden oven. Pizza is cooked at 450°C for about 90 seconds…I know, that’s fast!!!

Great kombucha as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location, especially for kids. Lots of different options for food, which is great. Only this is the length of time waiting for food. Example: the wait for hamburgers was 1hr and then, they ran out before 2pm. The gelato stand was amazing ?
