★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal atendimento pelo telefone. Má vontade em atender e passar o preços corretamente pelo telefone. Pelo menos com este senhor (que parece mais idoso que os outros). Se ligar e calhar de ser atendido pelos outros terá melhor atendimento. Como fui de outra vez.
Very poor service over the phone. Unwillingness to answer and pass the prices correctly over the phone. At least with this gentleman (who looks older than the others). If you call and happen to be served by others you will have better service. As I went again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom e eficiente por parte do Sr. João e do rapaz Lionel, que tentam sempre ajudar com soluções ou alternativas para resolver a situação. Já o outro funcionário que costuma estar lá mais velho, não sei o nome, é completamente o oposto, parece que está ali por favor, e não percebe muito do sistema da loja e também não parece perceber muito do ramo, apenas se limita a procurar a peça, com muita dificuldade, e a dizer se há ou não, não sabe esclarecer nenhuma dúvida praticamente. O preço é bom. Recomendo.
Good and efficient service from Mr. João and the young man Lionel, who always try to help with solutions or alternatives to resolve the situation. The other employee who is usually there is older, I don't know the name, it's completely the opposite, it seems like he's there, please, and he doesn't understand much of the store's system and doesn't seem to understand much of the business either, he just searches the piece, with great difficulty, and to say whether there is or not, practically does not know how to clarify any doubts. The price is good. I recommend.
