Realizei negócio com a Starvita, foram impecáveis a porta foi instalado com sucesso, e correspondeu às expectativas.

1. Quando começou a epidemida, não avisaram que a montagem da porta seria adiada ou não adiada. Tentei entrar em contacto e não me responderam. Quando finalmente consegui entrar em contacto, disseram de uma maneira agressiva que toda a gente tinha sido avisada (o que não ocorreu). 2. No dia da montagem, disseram que, como a casa é um open space, iriam montar uma “caixa” na entrada da casa para não deixar entrar pó. Esta “caixa” era feita de partes de uma caixa de cartão e não fechava totalmente. Resultado: fiquei com a casa com uma camada enorme de pó e fagulhas da rebarbadora é de soldar. Quando sabiam que a mudança de porta ia criar imenso pó, não me avisaram, para que eu pudesse tapar tudo com plásticos e retirar a comida da cozinha. No momento da chegada, a minha namorada perguntou se deveria tapar a comida que estava na cozinha e a resposta foi “não sei, secalhar é possível que haja algum po”. 3. No momento da saída, o técnico disse “pronto, agora o Chão está um pouco sujo, mas é só passar a esfregona normal”. Quando perguntei sobre o estado em que toda a casa se encontrava, a resposta que obtive foi “deve ter sido da corrrente de ar” (a janela esteve aberta 15 minutos). Eles foram embora as 15h, e eu estive a limpar a casa durante o resto do dia e no dia seguinte. 4. Foi combinado que iriam levar à porta antiga para o lixo. Está porta ficou no hall do prédio.

They left at 3pm, and I was cleaning the house for the rest of the day and the next day. 4. It was agreed that they would take the old door to the trash. This door was in the hall of the building.

Instalaram porta há 2 anos que ficou com empena e fecha sozinha. Fomos reclamando e a resposta era sempre que iriam analisar e ligavam de volta...mas nunca acontecia. Há 1 mês fiquei fechado na rua e voltei a insistir. Após 5 chamadas em que a resposta era sempre que iam analisar, responderam de volta mas para informar que já passou da garantia e exigiam 60€ para deslocação.
They installed a door 2 years ago that got gable and closes alone. We were complaining and the answer was always that they would analyze and call back ... but it never happened. 1 month ago I was closed on the street and insisted again. After 5 calls in which the answer was always when they were going to analyze, they answered back but to inform that they have passed the guarantee and demanded 60 € for travel.
