★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly a bad experience in Santa Catarina store. I had to comeback to the store 2 days later (1 hour trip). When I arrived, the same employee that did a mess did not apologized, did not even looked me in the eye. I then said I would take something to a friend, since I have paid and they did not give me the discount I had on the receipt. Still I went ahead to purchase the item with no discount and she charged me double( she refunded me straight away) but again not even an apology. The store is well organized and I like the items and colours. But once you go in, the employes make a huge effort to be nice and polite, then when a mistake is done, not even an apology. Very rude employee and I felt very embarrassed.
