Péssimo serviço de atendimento. Tentativa de contacto telefónico diversas vezes por dia, no sentido de obter algumas informações importantes, porém, não se dignam a atender o telefone. Expoente máximo do que infelizmente se vê por Portugal: falta de profissionalismo.

Depois de uma pulseira amarela suposto atendimento em 60 min Uma ida ao infermeiro para saber simplesmente se ainda havia muitos a minha frente deparo me com uma pessoa sem etica nenhuma que trata os pacientes de mentirosos Sim senhora para quem esta a espera ha 2 h faz uma simples pergunta e fala com respeito sem levantar o tom e o senhor da se ao trabalho de falar assim Deixo aqui a minha dica alguns cursos de etica e de paciencia para quem esta a atender o paciente pois se para nos pacientes a espera nao é facil nao temos que levar com a arrogancia dos infermeiros P.s . Continuo a espera passei pela recepçao as 15h41 e tenho uma pulseira amarela

Very crowded, dirty waiting area, really nasty woman on reception she should have been a prison guard not a hospital receptionist. After my wife got past her with a suspected broken ankle, we were seen by triage, then my wife was given a yellow band this denotes urgent, red for dying, green for minor injuries. Three hours later my wife was called to see a doctorl, the she was told she would need an xray and report to the receptionist I i went to the reception desk and gave her the form. Go over there a. Knock on the door and wait. After the x-ray we had to wait another hour to c a doctor to be told no break just bruised as I am ex army medic I asked to see the films as a second opinion I was told No NO NO not a chance so I asked for copy's for the Insurance again no. Three foot crepe bandage applied no good for support told not to bear on it for 7 days given no aids no meds had to go back following day to pay the bill as they would not accept insurances now 70 euros lighter but worst thing was I had to face that grumpy cow again on the reception desk. Case with hospital and Insurers ongoing.
