Hoje desloquei-me à loja de Coimbra para devolver uma peça com defeito. Peça essa que, aquando a aquisição, foi-me garantido, pela funcionária, que poderia devolver por outra peça ou pedir o reembolso. No entanto, ao tentar trocar a peça danificada por uma nova, fui informada que a mesma se encontrava descontinuada e que também não poderia pedir o reembolso. A única alternativa era escolher outro artigo. Mais grave foi, quando pedi o livro de reclamações, a funcionária tentou fazer pressão psicológica para não avançar com a reclamação, e quando insisti informou-me que não tinha canetas, obrigando-me a sair da loja para comprar uma caneta e voltar para escrever no livro.
Deplorável!
 I've never been so wrong and bad service!
Today I went to the Coimbra store to return a defective part. Ask this that when the acquisition, I was assured by the clerk, who could return for another piece or seek reimbursement. However, when trying to replace the damaged part with a new one, I was told that it was on discontinued and that also could not claim reimbursement. The only alternative was to choose another article. More serious was, when I asked for the complaints book, the clerk tried to put psychological pressure on me not to go through with the complaint, and when I insisted she informed me that she had no pens, forcing me to leave the store to buy a pen and go back to write in the book.
Deplorable!
