★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Novo espaço de testes Covid 19 na Rua Manuel Pinto de Azevedo, Porto, com funcionários competentes e simpáticos. Já o timming para enviar resultado do teste é lamentável. O meu filho fez o teste ontem às 10h30 da manhã, são 23h de hoje e nada de resultado nem de atender o telefone ou responder a mensagens. Não adiantou de nada realizar o teste para um Natal descansado porque o resultado não chegou. Não volto a utilizar este laboratório. Cinco estrelas para os funcionários da recolha da amostra, zero para o restante serviço.
New Covid 19 testing space on Rua Manuel Pinto de Azevedo, Porto, with competent and friendly staff. The timing to send test results is regrettable. My son took the test yesterday at 10:30 in the morning, it is 23:00 today and there is no result, neither answering the phone nor answering messages. It didn't do any good to take the test for a restful Christmas because the result didn't come. I will not use this lab again. Five stars for sample collection staff, zero for the rest of the service.
