★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch sehr schlecht zu erreichen. 40€ für einen Covid19 Antigentest ist OK. Allerdings konnte ich keinen Termin in den App buchen, da ich die Station nicht in der App gefunden habe.
 Very difficult to reach by phone. € 40 for a Covid19 antigen test is OK. However, I couldn't book an appointment in the app because I couldn't find the station in the app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So helpful and friendly. Huge queues because the UK government changed the rules at the last minute, so lots of people scrambling for tests. The staff were so kind and helpful despite the stress, and made sure we had someone to call if our results were delayed. Thank you all at Synlab

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She tried to stick the swab all the way up my nose to the blood brain barrier and I told her not to. I had to insist for her not to do that, totally unnecessary. She was saying that she'd disqualify me if she didn't. I told her that I wasn't going to accept that. You shouldn't either. Terrible experience. I've had many antigen tests and this is the first time that this has happened. My advice would be to for Nd somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In May 2021, I needed a rt-PCR test to fly to Germany, i.e. a result in less than 48h before landing.
While most labs advertise 72h turnaround time we found Synlab online to be available and faster.
The website is in English, the email response was quick and it was easy to make an appointment.
The PCR test was performed to the highest standards and took 5 min without waiting. The staff was super friendly and the result in the inbox 24h later. Other than the cost of 100 Euro it is hard to do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty straight forward process. Needed a PCR test back to Canada, registration and testing took about 15 minutes. Cost is a little steep - 85€ - but it is what it is. Was told results would be received in 24 hours, but I got mine via email and app under 12 hours.
