★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une pure arnaque. 100 euros le test covid que vous ne pouvez pas payer par carte bancaire car ce laboratoire ne prend que le cash. Ce labo profite de la crise du covid et du manque d'informations pour encaisser l'argent des étrangers. Le personnel est désagréable, la fille de l'accueil pousse au profond écoeurement avec son attitude arrogante vis à vis des non portugais.
A pure scam. 100 euros for the covid test that you cannot pay by credit card because this laboratory only takes cash. This lab is taking advantage of the covid crisis and the lack of information to collect money from foreigners. The staff are rude, the receptionist pushes deep disgust with her arrogant attitude towards non-Portuguese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot find myself in the negative reviews this, and other, JCS labs have received. The personnel was kind and absolutely professional. They all spoke English fluently and were very helpful in explaining the process. Although space in the testing facility was limited, due to the 2m distance, there was enough space to wait outside. We were called, while waiting outside, when we could go in for our test. Clear documents, forms and privacy policy. The only minor downside was that people who had arrived late for their appointment were still given priority over our appointment (as it was scheduled earlier) even though we were exactly on time and it was due.
Good to know: PCR test (non urgent) is €100,- p.p. And paying by card is possible!
