★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam mudar a forma de furnecimento ao cliente de objetos artigos que tenham espostos para venda e o cliente precisar de mais 2 ou 3 peças iguais (que é o meu caso) e não sabem nem conseguem dizer ao cliente quando poderá ir buscar!!! Já espero há 3 semanas e ainda nem um telefonema me fizeram hoje eu próprio liguei a pedir informações e ainda o papel com a minha encomenda que ronda o valor de 90€ 100€ ainda está dentro da mesma gaveta onde o meteram no dia em que encomendei!!!! Por favor revejam essa situação!!!!
They should change the way they supply the customer with items that have spikes for sale and the customer needs 2 or 3 more pieces (which is my case) and cannot know or can tell the customer when they can get it !!! I've been waiting for 3 weeks and not even a phone call made me today I even called for information and still the paper with my order that the value of 90 € 100 € is still in the same drawer where they put it the day I ordered !!!! Please review this situation !!!!
