En esta zona que se encontraba retirada de la muralla (por los olores) se encontraban importantes fábricas de cuero, que tenían su origen en la Edad media y estuvieron funcionando hasta mitad del siglo XX (aunque la última fábrica cerró en 2005) Hoy en día se está musealizando la zona. Curious place that is worth a visit. Además estos tanques estaban al lado de un riachuelo que todavia se conserva. Existe una noria o lavadora donde se metian los cueros.
