C	C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So delicious and so authentic. We got the pork katsu and the chirashi bowl. The pork katsu was so crispy and the meat so tender and moist. The whole thing was so flavorful, especially with the sauce. The chirashi bowl was beautifully put together. The fish was lightly marinated as not to drown out the taste of the fish but well enough to season the rice. The egg was something else. I have no idea how they made it but it was amazing. And the roe was the best I’ve tasted. Prices are a little high but totally worth it.
