The starter was amazing goood! (Mushroom with mozzarella) the steak with house sause was very good from taste and structure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Nazaré as far as quality of the food, freshness, taste and value. Fish, mariscos, steaks Portuguese style with a progressive twist. If you sit in Paulo’s section he will help you select from the ample menu. Paulo is the quintessential professional waiter. Always happy and energetic and very enthusiastic about each dish. He makes each guest feel special and treats you like family. If you try Taverna 8 to 80 you will leave having experienced a wonderfully delicious meal as well as a fun time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our waiter, Paulo, is an absolute treasure for this place. So kind and friendly, knows his wine. Great with several languages and went out of his way teaching us Portuguese after telling him we were learning. The food was good too but it was the service that really makes us want to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the first time visiting this place. Quality of food and visual aspect is as expected of a quality establishment.
Good dish variety and menus come in Portuguese and English.
The only issue was the waiting time. We had to wait 30 minutes to get our food and afterwards had to ask twice for our receipt. But probably because some of the girls were newly hired. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this place so much that we went back for dinner & having lunch there. The service is outstanding & the manager makes you feel at home. It was the only place in Portugal that someone knew were Indiana was. Such a friendly staff. We look forward to coming back here. 10/10 highly recommend !!! They even have an automatic self cleaning toilet! Never seen that before.
