 I booked a trip to the airport, 5 mins after the agreed time I called and they said they were sorry but they didn't have a car available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Pior que pode haver no dia 2-12-2021perdi o avião depois da central marcar o taxista e ele não aparecer. A senhora da central não se quis responsabilizar optou por não falar nas milhentas chamadas que eu fiz.. nada melhor que a rádio táxi sempre ao lado do cliente❤️❤️.táxi invicta nunca mais. Marcam os serviços e não aparecem mas com queixa na polícia a ver vamos se não vão falar rádio táxi é do melhor????
The worst thing that could happen on the 2-12-2021 I lost the plane after the central marked the taxi driver and he didn't show up. The lady at the exchange did not want to be responsible, chose not to mention the thousands of calls I made... there is nothing better than the radio taxi always next to the customer❤️❤️.taxis unbeaten never again. They schedule services and they don't show up but with a complaint to the police, let's see if they won't talk taxi radio is the best????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! I booked a taxi for 5:30 am to the airport. The time was so really important when you take a plane.
At 5h45, I contacted the company because the taxi didn't arrive. At 5:50, they just said that they can't send a taxi Now. That's all. I was very angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give negative stars if I could!!!! The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I have ever received. Take an Uber by all means take an Uber it will be the best decision of your life!!! I took 4 different taxis in my time in Portugal and they all had me absolutely terrified. THEY DRIVE LIKE MAD MEN!!! I’m serious, they nearly killed us!! They went 50 km/h in a 10 km/h zone, tailgate literally every car, nearly strike and kill every pedestrian crossing the street, it’s horrible! The entire ride I would just hold onto my seatbelt and pray. Not to mention they RIP YOU OFF. They charge an insane amount of money for such horrible service. My hotel was about a 3km, 7 minutes drive and my taxi driver literally took 15 minutes taking the largest detours they possibly could just so they could rack up more money. The service is garbage, dangerous, and expensive, ever since I started taking Ubers I will NEVER EVER TAKE A TAKI IN PORTUGAL AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the second time that I have used Taxi Invicta and I highly recommend it. Both times I asked for a taxi to the airport. The lady at the phone was extremely friendly, the drivers were punctual, polite and chose the fastest route to get me to the airport. Excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TAXI NO 421L. Please avoid the driver of this taxi if your have to avail Taxi Invicta.
I had the worst experience of hiring a taxi service with Taxi Invicta. What should have been a 20 minute journey took 65 minutes due to the lapse of the Taxi driver and the call centre operator.
This is basic common sense. When a taxi service is booked you ask the destination( exact location). We had a driver ( Taxi no 421) who argued all through the way that he has got an instruction to go to Trofa( but does not want to listen where exactly in Trofa) until i had to call back the call centre and have the lady pass on the exact location.
2) The call centre operator claims exact location is not required to be asked when a customer calls up and it is upto to the customer to inform the driver ( I want to remind you that you are in the business of taxi service and pick up location and drop off location is a key information)
3) During the journey the stupid driver did not want to listen and drove where he felt like in Trofa, until we had to call up Taxi Invicta to complain
4) After the horrible experience, the taxi driver created a scene at the company for not paying up, expects to pay for Bad service!
5) pls train the drivers to LISTEN TO THE PASSENGER
