★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxis in porto and lisbone too are amazing, never take private car, taxis are affordable and proffesional, you can download mytaxi too or prebook, you don t have to register credit card and pay in cash, they give estimate price which is affordable, hotels recommend private cars, do not, outside every hotel there is taxi rank. I loved porto and it services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give negative stars if I could!!!! The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I have ever received. Take an Uber by all means take an Uber it will be the best decision of your life!!! I took 4 different taxis in my time in Portugal and they all had me absolutely terrified. THEY DRIVE LIKE MAD MEN!!! I’m serious, they nearly killed us!! They went 50 km/h in a 10 km/h zone, tailgate literally every car, nearly strike and kill every pedestrian crossing the street, it’s horrible! The entire ride I would just hold onto my seatbelt and pray. Not to mention they RIP YOU OFF. They charge an insane amount of money for such horrible service. My hotel was about a 3km, 7 minutes drive and my taxi driver literally took 15 minutes taking the largest detours they possibly could just so they could rack up more money. The service is garbage, dangerous, and expensive, ever since I started taking Ubers I will NEVER EVER TAKE A TAKI IN PORTUGAL AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! I highly recommend this company and especially their bookings possibilities. I book the day prior flying back and they confirm straight away the pick up. All this in English and via what's app. The taxi driver was great and very efficient. He arrived 3 minutes before the time I requested and drove us to the airport within 20min (the trafic was very good at 6am on a Sunday). The company had confirmed by what's app that the driver has arrived. The fee was 23eur with 2 suitcases (extra fee). Thank you taxis Porto. Great experience!

I chose this company because according to their website they apply strict COVID-19 measures like a separator between driver and passengers, obligatory masks and card payments, but none of this was the case. Worst of all, the driver (PORTO 47) was coughing all the way, without mask, trying to chat with us. We were literally scared. The ride was also very pricy. Avoid at all costs!
