- A simpatia com que fui atendido quando fiz o pedido de orçamento 10/10
- O preço do orçamento, para um mi mix 3, não arranjava nada abaixo dos 250€, esta reparação, com um LCD oficial, custou 169€ ainda me ofereceu película para o mesmo. 10/10
- No processo de aquisição do LCD foi me dito que enviaram um mau, que outro demoraria 1 mês a chegar, confiei na loja e, no dia seguinte ligou me a dizer que conseguiu encomendar para entrega em 2 dias, ao terceiro tinha o tele como esta hoje, excelente 10/10
- Simpatia e honestidade em todos os passos do processo 10/10
-1 mês depois de ter feito a reparação ao LCD do meu mi Mix 3, como podem ver nas fotos, ele mantém se a 100%, está absolutamente perfeito.
- A maioria das lojas arranja qualquer telemóvel mas não com a até nível de simpatia e profissionalismo e cuidado, obrigado.
I recommend the tec store for several reasons.
- The friendliness with which I was served when I made the budget request 10/10
- The price of the budget, for a mi mix 3, did not get anything below 250 €, this repair, with an official LCD, cost 169 €, still offered me film for it. 10/10
- In the LCD acquisition process I was told that they sent a bad one, that another one would take 1 month to arrive, I trusted the store and the next day he called me to say that he was able to order for delivery in 2 days, the third one had the tele as this today, excellent 10/10
- Friendliness and honesty in all steps of the 10/10 process
-1 month after having repaired the LCD of my mi Mix 3, as you can see in the photos, it remains 100%, it is absolutely perfect.
- Most stores get any cell phone but not up to the level of friendliness and professionalism and care, thanks.
