★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estavam 2 colaboradoras quando lá chegámos, ocupadas com clientes. Sendo que uma delas quando a cliente com quem estava, saiu, começou a fechar a caixa e não nos atendeu. Estivemos á espera uns 20min para ser atendidos pela outra colaboradora... Acho muito mau. Sem nada apontar a colaborada que nos atendeu.
There were 2 employees when we got there, busy with customers. Since one of them when the client she was with, she left, started to close the box and did not answer us. We waited for about 20 minutes to be attended by the other collaborator ... I think it's very bad. Without pointing out the collaborator who answered us.

Nao poderia deixar de agradecer à assistente Célia, pela forma que me atendeu, pela paciência em me explicar o funcionamento do novo telemovel que comprei. Teve o cuidado de ver que estava a gastar muito com os carregamentos que fazia e me aconselhar um novo tarifário onde tenho Internet e chamadas grátis, por um valor inferior ao que gastava em carregamentos.De louvar nos tempos em que testamos, e que so o dinheiro é que conta. Muito obrigada .
