M	Marta Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, Há pouco mais de 1 mês atrás fui a esta loja da The Body Shop (Amoreiras), e apesar de nunca ter tido problemas e adorar a marca e os seus produtos, não foi o que aconteceu quando fui a esta loja em específico. Fui mal atendida pela senhora que disse que era gerente da loja e que se chama Cátia, fui lá duas vezes em dois dias seguidos, em que cada um fui efetuar trocas dos produtos que comprei, e na 2a vez a Cátia disse (de uma maneira um pouco intensa, como se me tivesse a dar uma ordem) que não podia voltar a trocar por causa da Covid-19. Não sei o porquê de ter dito isso ou se pensa que a sua palavra é mais importante do que as leis dos direitos dos consumidores ou das regras Covid-19 feitas pela DGS, mas fui verificar as leis e regras dessas duas entidades e nenhuma delas colocou limite do n° de vezes que um cliente pode efetuar trocas devido à pandemia. Esta foi a 1a vez que fui mal atendida na The Body shop (as outras sempre correram lindamente, sem nada a apontar), e espero sinceramente que seja a última, pois gosto bastante dos vossos produtos e conceito e não queria ter de deixar de ser vossa cliente. Good afternoon, A little more than 1 month ago I went to this store at The Body Shop (Amoreiras), and although I never had problems and love the brand and its products, that's not what happened when I went to this store in particular. I was poorly attended by the lady who said she was the manager of the store and that her name is Cátia, I went there twice in two days in a row, in which I each went to exchange the products I bought, and the 2nd time Cátia said (in a way a little intense, as if he had to give me an order) that I couldn't change again because of Covid-19. I don't know why you said this or if you think your word is more important than the consumer rights laws or the Covid-19 rules made by DGS, but I went to check the laws and rules of these two entities and none of them put limit on the number of times a customer can make exchanges due to the pandemic. This was the 1st time I was underserved at The Body shop (the others always ran beautifully, with nothing to point out), and I sincerely hope it will be the last, as I really like your products and concept and I didn't want to stop being your client.
