★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The van was great - homely decor and almost brand new. We hit problems though as soon as we hit the road as the door to the toilet got jammed (so a night with no toilet and a family of 5....). Raquel was helpful but we had to drive out of our way to go back to their garage to have the door broken open as well as dealing with some exposed wiring that had appeared in the driver's footwell. The rest of the trip went without a hitch but on returning the van the problems began with arguments over how much of the deposit we were due to lose i.e. 100% of it. Some of the losses were justified e.g. scratch caused by tree to outside of the van but others e.g. window netting coming apart from holder happened from normal and careful use. Overall the company deals with customers brilliantly pre rental, the van was great but we felt like the only way we would not have incurred losing our deposit would have been not to drive the campervan out of the company's garage - left feeling like we were set up to lose our deposit from the start.
