About The Lisboans Apartments
The story of The Lisboans begins right in Lisbon's historic center, when we discovered a rundown building that had once seen a lot of action, since it was a factory of canned and preserved goods. The building was now part of a kind of derelict cityscape that noone ever notices except the former neighbours who witnessed both the rise and fall of the factory. We were lucky enough to see it with different eyes and it was a match at first sight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in March for 5 days and it was fantastic. Central, convenient, lovely apartment and the staff were so nice friendly and helpful. Definitely want to come back to Lisbon and to the Lisboa’s Apartments. And so wonderful to hang a little bag on our door each night and the next morning we had breads, orange juice, ham and cheese for breakfast! Bliss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such an awesome time at this place. Much more personal than your average hotel. So much more than an AirBnB. The folks who work the desk really go out of their way to introduce you to the area and welcome you to Lisbon. At every turn there is some personal touch that improves your stay: Rooms were comfortable and well-appointed; Kitchens were a real bonus—small but with everything you could need; Full length windows give you views of the quaint streets below; The central location meant that every attraction was only a 15 minute walk away. Adjoining the hotel is a great grocer/bar/restaurant that has everything you could need and a great atmosphere. Plus, Prado, the restaurant also next door is a 10/10. Casual vibe, fancy local food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lisboans is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in Lisbon. It’s in an ideal location and you get the privacy of an apartment with the amenities of a boutique hotel (front desk to ask questions or advice, daily cleanings, laundry if needed, and free breakfast). The breakfast itself is delicious and delivered fresh each morning while snacks and beverages are replenished frequently. I liked it so much that I recommended it as a place to stay for our wedding guests and everyone, young and old, raved about it. Additionally, staff like Marina went above and beyond for us- even leaving a surprise bottle of bubbly to congratulate us the night before our wedding. I can’t wait to return and live like a Lisboan again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From even before the check-in we felt we were in good hands. Beside the beautiful (and very quiet) penthouse flat, warmth, attention to detail and a genuine interest in guests permeated the length of our stay. I originally wasn't sure about staying so central for noise reasons but it was all so serene. Oh, and the artisanal grocery downstairs with beautiful natural wines was a mega bonus. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
