The One Palácio da Anunciada

The One Palacio Annunciata is a truly first class experience. The lobby made an impression on me right away with an exquisite display of seasonal dried flowers. The public rooms are beautiful and understated. The service was very attentive and responsive. We asked to switch rooms during our stay and they were very accommodating. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are fabulous. One of the loveliest experiences is a meal in the patio garden. And bonus! there’s a pool! Don’t forget to bring your bathing suit. The hotel is very centrally located, in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Centrally located. Touch of luxury with a great service. We got the room with bathtub and balcony, number 315. Can’t ask more. Just a perfect place to stay in Lisbon.

By far the best luxury hotel in Lisbon - impeccable service - genuine, warm and caring. A very well bonded team - motivated, dedicated, passionate and eager to serve. A heritage building stunningly renovated and restored - an elegant and luxurious dining offering, with two restaurants and a bar as well as a superb outdoor garden and terrace. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a luxury Spa with excellent service and highly skilled therapists. The location in the heart of the city is just steps from Avenida Liberdade but in a quiet residential spot which allows you to feel you belong and gives a great sense of place. The mix of guests is also ideal with many local patrons who love the hotel and often dine or have a drink. Rooms and suites are at the highest luxury standards, beautifully appointed with large marble bathrooms, separate walk in shower with high water pressure - ecologically placed Natura Bisse luxury amenities in large dispensers. Highest standards in technology - AC, TV internet and a centralised controls. Great Concierge and Front Office always ok stand by to provide excellent tips on Lisbon. Overall, a luxurious urban resort in the heart of the city, walking distance from many attractions.

We had the most wonderful weekend staying in The One. Fantastic, high end bedroom with the most comfortable bed - multiple power outlets and a great wc/bathroom set up. Staff were brilliant, the pool area very calming and although the weather didn’t allow us to use the outdoor areas, these looked great as well and we hope to use them in warmer weather in the future. We plan to return.

If you want to experience Lisbon and stay in an outstanding property in the center of the city, this needs to be high on your list of choices.Checkin, staff, service and location are great. The restaurant is great for quick bites and they have some of the best red sangria we have ever had. Very contemporary design with a comfortable vibe.

VALUABLES STOLEN FROM WITHIN HOTEL ROOM. Everything about this stay was fine until the day of check out. Prior to checkout, we discovered that we had valuable electronic worth 2000 euros missing. Checking on our app from which we could track it, we saw that the last known location of the electronic was outside of the hotel a block away during a time period we were not present in the hotel (on a tour elsewhere in Lisbon and under no circumstances did we take this item outside of our hotel since arrival). While we had other valuables in a safe, we were unable to fit this in the hotel safe in our room. Therefore, we assumed since this was a 5 star hotel it would be safe to leave it hidden under clothes in our luggage. On notifying the hotel manager, they investigated and said two people from the hotel staff and cleaning entered the room in the time period we were away from our hotel room. They concluded they were not responsible. They called the police but then told us Bc of our travel plans that it would be faster to file a report in person. We checked out (Paid for everything without any sort of compensation or discount for our troubles). So during our holiday, we had the misfortune of sitting in a police station for two hours filing a police report and missing our train (non refundable tickets) and losing something that had irreplaceable memories. Needless to say, this experience left a horrible impression. Never have we had items stolen from our hotel room in all of our travels. I am not sure who is responsible for this theft and likely we will never know. But I cannot draw any other conclusion when items are missing from within our hotel room which no others have access except for us and the staff. Take what you will from this review but this was not what I paid for and would not recommend.

Nice hotel, the location is perfect to visit Lisbon. Service is perfect, professional. Pool looks bigger on pictures than reality, When the weather is good the pool is quickly full. When I spent my holidays there ( august 2021 ) construction in front of the pool, not the hotels fault but wasn’t very nice.

One of the best relaxing times in my life. We had a nice staying in this beautiful Hotel. The Staff was so great, super friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was amazing. Perfect to calm down and relax. Thank u for this amazing time
