A casa é bem conservada e muito bem localizado, perto de hospitais, supermercados, do Polo III DA universidade de Coimbra e da faculdade de economia. I've been in this place for 1 year, nice people, the landlord is also a good person who is always willing to help. The house is well maintained and very well located, close to hospitals, supermarkets, Polo III of the University of Coimbra and the college of economics.

A localização é excelente para aqueles que buscam tranquilidade e proximidade com Faculdade de Economia (FEUC), como foi o meu caso. A casa está sempre limpa e em ótimo estado de conservação, além de ter muita segurança. O senhorio é muito atencioso e está de prontidão a todo momento para ajudar. Recomendo fortemente a estadia. I was in the house for 4 months, being a very useful experience. The location is great for those seeking tranquility and proximity to Faculty of Economics (FEUC), as was my case. The house is always clean and in a great state of conservation, besides having a lot of security. The landlord is very attentive and is on standby at all times to help. Highly recommend the stay. El casero se pasaba todo el día en la casa, siempre con la excusa de que había que arreglar algo, no nos dejaba llevar nunca amigos, tenía cámaras que supuestamente eran para determinadas ocasiones, lo cual era mentira porque las miraba todos los días, hasta el punto en el que mis compañeros y yo dejamos de estar en las áreas comunes porque nos sentíamos inseguros y vigilados. Las facturas son desorbitadas, empezamos pagando 10-20€ por persona y acabamos pagando 80€ por cabeza. Los plomos son súper antiguos, saltan a la mínima, no están preparados para 8 personas ni de lejos. En fin, si te estás planteando vivir aquí HUYE. Además, como guinda al pastel cuando el casero necesitaba hablar con nosotros siempre hablaba con mi compañero porque “entre hombres se entendían” y que “debía volverse loco al vivir entre tanta mujer”. En fin, un auténtico desastre. En 5 años que llevo compartiendo piso no había vivido una experiencia igual. 0 recomendable. I was on Erasmus for 4 months. The only bad experience I had in those 4 months was living in this place. The landlord spent all day in the house, always with the excuse that something had to be fixed, he never let us take friends, he had cameras that were supposedly for certain occasions, which was a lie because he looked at them every day, until the point where my colleagues and I stopped being in the common areas because we felt unsafe and watched. The bills are exorbitant, we started paying €10-20 per person and ended up paying €80 per head. The leads are super old, they jump to the minimum, they are not prepared for 8 people, not even remotely. Anyway, if you are considering living here, RUN AWAY. Also, as the icing on the cake when the landlord needed to talk to us, he always talked to my partner because “men understood each other” and that “he must have gone crazy living among so many women”. All in all, a real disaster. In 5 years that I have been sharing a flat, I had not had an experience like it. 0 recommended.
